If the lines in the header of this gallery confuse you, do not feel bad. Why do we refer to the new Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe 4-door 2019 as a coupe if it has four doors? The concept of the four-door coupe invented, by Mercedes-Benz with the arrival of the first generation of the CLS in 2005, involves a car with coupe lines but with rear doors in order to eliminate the verginzosa contortions that adults have to suffer for access the second row of seats. This idea has been adopted with fury by the German manufacturers, BMW with its 'Gran Copue' and VW with its CC and now with the Arteon, are proof that at least as far as the Teutons are concerned, the coupe of four doors came to stay.
Merecedes-AMG chose the 4-door coupe as the ideal way for its first car with more than two seats fully designed at home. Mercedes-AMG, the performance car division of Mercedes-Benz has for years prepared very powerful versions, and others not so much, of regular models of Mercedes-Benz, but until now there were only closed two-seater designer and roadster as exclusive models; the SLS and GT.
The first units of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 and 63 S will begin to be distributed at the beginning of 2019, while the GT 53 will reach the directors in mid-2019
