New 2019 Ds3, review, price, features
The DS 3 2019 replaced the DS 3 2017. The biggest differences are aesthetic, since the brand was completely separated from the symbols (especially on the front) that continued to be linked to Citroën, a brand that it split in 2017. It maintains the measures and its body of three doors and its sporty and careful exterior appearance. The price is much higher than its alternatives.
It has five seats, but the exterior design penalizes the height of the rear that are also too fair for three people and access is more complicated. Its trunk has 296 liters of capacity, a correct figure.
For the rest, the finishes of the interior are very careful, excelling among the average of its category. The update has been used to improve the multimedia system (now with touch screen) with which it has been possible to eliminate physical buttons and improve the appearance of the dashboard, more refined.
Although it shares many elements with the C3, its set-up is radically different. It has firmer suspensions, which improve its curve, but without being uncomfortable. It can be chosen from a good mechanical offer, with PureTech three-cylinder gasoline propellers with 82, 110 and 130 hp, and four other THP cylinders with 165 and 208 hp, the latter reserved for the radical DS 3 Performance 2016, which replaces the DS 3 Racing 2014. In diesel we find four-cylinder BlueHDi engines between 75 and 120 HP.
