Chevrolet Announces New 2018 Monte Carlo AWD Sport with Two Engine Options
In order to fulfill the needs of those who live in the Snow Belt regions to keep their rear ends of their cars under control, Chevrolet has just unveiled a new all- wheel drive variant of the 2018 Chevy Monte Carlo series. Aside of the 2018 Sport package that is available on the 2018 Monte Carlo AWD Sport, 2018 Monte Carol SS, there are also a range of styling and comfort features, paddle shifters and a sport mode gearbox. In addition, Chevrolet offers the 2018 Monte Carlo AWD Sport with a choice of two engine options. The first is a Hemi V8 that is good for 370 hp and a Pentastar V6 that is able for churning 300 hp.
The 2018 Monte Carlo Sport package itself is provided on the sedan Plus 2018 Monte Carlo AWD models with an extra of $1,395. On the other hand the package can be installed in the regular 2018 Monte Carlo model with as much $1,195. The carmaker stated claimed that compared to buy the package separately, the price is actually 40 per cent discount.
For the exterior of the 2018 Monte Carlo AWD Sport edition, the engineers had applied a Gloss Black split- crosshair grille surround, 19 inch polished alloy wheels with Gloss Black pockets mounted in all- season performance tires, sport mode transmission calibration on 2018 Monte Carlo AWD models and a boot spoiler, and the last is the steering wheel mounted paddle shifters that is installed for the first time in this model.
Sport seats wrapped in black cloth appear in the Sports model, while the Plus models exclusively adds black or read heated Nappa leather sport seats as optional. For the standard features, the company provides A Beats Audio system with a 14-channel amplifier, 8 speakers, 2 woofers and a large trunk-mounted dual-voice coil subwoofer as standard features, come for all models.
The 2018 Monte Carlo AWD Sport price will start from $25,690 for the base level Monte Carlo and rising to $35,690 for the top level Monte Carlo SS. The 2018 Monte Carlo Sport AWD will enter the production stage on December this year till February next year. Take a note that those prices are not including the destination fee at $995.
