All New Tomahawk: Canada's electric supercar will be launched in 2018
The Quebec company Dubuc Motors has just confirmed the start of production of the Tomahawk, a 100% electric sports car.
Powered by four electric motors, the Tomahawk has up to 800 horsepower and announces it can go from 0 to 100 km / h in just three seconds for a top speed of 260 km / h. On the battery side, the supercar uses a pack of 100 kWh ensuring nearly 600 kilometers of autonomy with a charge.
In terms of equipment, the Tomahawk offers a 360 ° camera system, internet on board and remote update features.
Initially presented in a two-seater version at the Quebec Motor Show, the Tomahawk will be available in four-seater version in its final version. Its production is scheduled for 2018 in a limited edition of 1000 copies.
In North America, the Tomahawk is announced starting at $ 125,000 and can already be booked for $ 5,000. For now, the manufacturer does not give any indication as to its possible commercialization in Europe .
