When one mentions the Lamborghini brand, one always imagines luxury supercars, of those that the doors open up, right? However, the Italian brand is about to launch the Lamborghini Urus, a model that stands out from its usual style and segment.

The 'Lambo' have always been a treat for the rich, a car to drive and enjoy it. Obviously, it is not about family vehicles. They are explosive, striking and spectacular models, those that you stop to look at and take pictures the few times you see them on the street.
However, today many brands are rethinking their strategies and are trying to enter other markets unusual for them. Lamborghini seems to be one of them. Many years ago they surprised us with a really brutal model, the LM002, which became the brand's first all-rounder. Now, Lamborghini returns the load and has announced that it has already begun the production of the Lamborghini Urus, an SUV that will be released (probably) later this year and that it will be the first SUV of the Santa Agata brand.
It has been Lamborghini's own CEO and former director of the Ferrari team, Stefano Domenicalli, who has announced that the production of the Urus would begin in April this year. In addition, Domenicalli has advanced that an area of 10,000 m2 is being destined in Santa Ágata for the painting of the car, which will also give work to some 200 people in the factory. He has also anticipated that the first models produced will be a kind of prototype. Since the brand want to go with feet of lead as it is a risky move in a new sector for them.
It should be noted that since Lamborghini have many hopes placed on this model. The Italian brand expects the Urus to be an important boost for them in the Asian and North American markets, where they expect to sell some 3,000 units.
