Finally, the 2018 Civic Type R will tread North American soil. Built from the 2017 Civic hatchback, the Type R is expected to develop more than 300 horsepower and will feature models like the Volkswagen Golf R and the Subaru WRX STI. The vehicle presented in Montreal remains a prototype, but it gives a very good overview of what the production model will look like.
