Porsche has just announced the most fastest and most powerful road car in its 86 years of history.
The Porsche GT2 was built from 1993-2012 as a more powerful variant of the Porsche 911 Turbo which was also lighter due to its avoidance of AWD in favor of more traditional RWD. The latest 2018 GT2 blows past the old cars with a total power of 700 hp from the familiar Porsche-6 in 3.8-liter form. Like its predecessors, the 2018 GT2 shares a number of components with the Turbo S, but amplified for greater performance.
