The fourth member of the Dacia family, and the brand's first compact MPV, hit the market in 2014 and, like the rest of its peers, its bet is to offer a lower price than any of its competitors. Thus, in 2015, no less than 2,640 units were registered in Spain.
Logically, one can not wait for a low price superb finishes or ultra-powerful mechanics. Neither offers a modularity to match other rivals. For example, seats in the row of seats can not be overtaken or delayed on a lane, nor are they individual. Of course, it offers plenty of space in these places, which could be used perfectly by three adults. Although series has five seats, for 500 euros more can include two more.
That will detract space for the large trunk (goes from 827 liters to 634 using only two rows of seats, since the third row is folded against the back of the second). However, this third row of seats is quite large, of the best in this category, usable even by adults.
It is available with diesel and gasoline engines. The most basic level of equipment (Base) has an attractive price, but can not count on key elements such as air conditioning, radio or steering wheel and height adjustable driver's seat. It is more convenient to opt for something higher finishes ... in which the Dacia Lodgy will continue to have a highly competitive price.
